We are focusing on our cardiovascular endurance this week, also known as our heart. Through out these activities I want you to try and monitor your heart beating. If you or your parents have an Apple Watch or FitBit, you can wear it during your activity and it will tell you how much your heart beats per minute.

Question: I want you to try and feel your heart beat for 1 minute. Put your hand against your chest, sit still quietly, and count how many times it beats. You can set up a timer. You can respond with the number of beats it did in 1 minute. For example, after I exercise, for one minute my heart usually beats 130 times.
